The Role
This is an exciting, challenging and varied role, involving interaction with multiple departments, suppliers and customers across a wide range of industries. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and completion of maintenance contracts. A key role within the region, the duties within the role are comprised of a range of different responsibilities, and inclulde but are not limited to the following:
Management of the customer maintenance base to ensure delivery of contracted obligations.
Management of subcontractor services required to fulfil maintenance contracts.
Development and Submission of maintenance renewal quotations.
Handling of potential new maintenance enquiries from initial enquiry, costing, tender compliance and final quotation/tender submission.
Coordinate a team of Service Engineers to ensure high-quality service.
Review customer agreements to identify opportunities to increase or amend the scope of the agreement to improve the offering to the customer.
Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Quality regulations and industry standards.
The Candidate
The successful candidate should have:
Specialist experience in the maintenance and servicing of industrial refrigeration systems utilising NH3 and CO2
Experience in managing a service team, with strong people management skills.
General experience with HFC refrigerants.
Experience of managing a large maintenance base
A strong customer focus.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
Good technical and communication skills along with the ability to work to deadlines, along with the necessary skills to develop and maintain stronge and productive customer relationships.
Good organisational skills, which are vital as the role involves managing our service to multiple customer's site spread over a large geographic area.
The ability to manage your own workload
The ability to work as part of a team as you will be working closely with a number of suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments.
