Winchesters Lettings is looking for a Maintenance Manager to work from our Aberdeen Office.
We are a fast growing Letting and Property Management company, focusing on a high level of service to both landlords and tenants across Aberdeen City & Shire. With an office in Aberdeen city centre we cover the Aberdeen City & Shire for property leasing. This job will be based in Aberdeen City Centre alongside 10 other members of staff and the office dogs, as well as across our portfolio of properties.
The key responsibilities include:
Providing advice on repair works, as well as overseeing maintenance and improvement works throughout the residential portfolio
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Liaising with landlords, contractors, tenants and the team to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintaining adherence to Health & Safety practices and procurement processes.
Conducting property inspections to identify proactive and reactive maintenance actions required
All applicants should have some sort of relevant experience, hold a clean driving licence and be happy to be around animals in our dog friendly office.
Immediate start is preferred, however we are happy to wait for the right applicant.
