Maintenance Manager
Stone 8:30am-5pm
\xc2\xa318.30 per hour
Hours: 4 days on 4 days off 7am-7pm
Main Duties:
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of machines, including screw extruders, classifiers, blenders, mixers, vacuum pumps and water pumps to minimise machine downtime.
- Carry out on-site electrical works, installing/replacing sockets, lighting, emergency lighting etc.
- Carry out required mechanical & electrical modifications to improve machine efficiency or reliability, updating drawings as necessary.
- Time-served maintenance engineering apprenticeship.
- NVQ Level 3 / ONC or equivalent in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an electrical maintenance role.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Experience fault finding on a variety of control panels, both new and old.
- Experience modifying or updating machine control panels.
- Experience fault finding to PLC level.
- Experience programming PLC\xe2\x80\x99s.
- Experience setting up / modifying inverter parameters.
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations Qualified.
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing Qualified.
