Landmarc are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic, high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about Hard FM and building services, with a focus on delivering operational excellence and compliance across the region.

Travel Required:

This role covers the East region and periodic travel will be required. Associated travel costs will be covered by the company.

In this key role, you'll:



Lead the NETCAP net zero asset defects programme Support a major asset verification project Collaborate with technical specialists to manage Legionella and Asbestos risks Work with the Compliance Manager to achieve strong results through the DIO EMO2 audit process Use bespoke systems to keep maintenance and asset data accurate and up to date Oversee contractors and manage reactive works, and helping shape high-quality, safe service delivery. Guide and manage a team, ensuring high performance, safety, and wellbeing Oversee planned and preventative maintenance tasks and deliver reactive works within agreed timeframes Ensure all works comply with statutory and contractual obligations (CDM, Building Regs, Fire Safety, etc.) Maintain accurate maintenance and asset records using IT and manual systems Draft specifications, evaluate quotations, and manage small works contractors Monitor KPIs and continuously improve service delivery

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience in a similar Hard FM or technical services role Strong knowledge of property compliance and legislation (ideally SFG20) Experience with Legionella and Asbestos Management Plans Skilled in Health & Safety, with IOSH Managing Safely or ideally NEBOSH Confident in managing contractors and ensuring CDM compliance Proficient in CAFM/Asset Management Systems - Maximo experience is a bonus Able to manage budgets and deliver excellent service within deadline Open to participating in on-call duties Willing to undergo training for AP/RP duties (additional allowance applies) A Vaild UK Driving Licence and means of transport is essential

In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in managing our NETCAP net zero assets defects programme, supporting the Planning Manager on an exciting asset verification project, and partnering with our regional technical experts to proactively tackle Legionella and Asbestos management.


You'll collaborate closely with the regional Compliance Manager to deliver outstanding audit outcomes through the DIO EMO2 process, ensuring top-tier compliance and safety standards. This role is all about driving effective maintenance delivery by building strong relationships with stakeholders and leveraging bespoke software to keep maintenance and asset data accurate and up to date.
