We're looking for an experienced

Maintenance Manager

to lead our maintenance operations at our state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility in Wrexham. Reporting to the Maintenance & Reliability Director, you'll be responsible for driving equipment reliability, leading a skilled team, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, develop, and empower a team of Team Leaders, Technicians, Specialists and Technical Experts to deliver world-class maintenance support. Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage external service providers and ensure optimal performance through effective contract oversight. Drive adoption of advanced maintenance techniques such as predictive maintenance and condition monitoring. Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to align maintenance with business goals. Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and internal quality standards while managing departmental budgets and KPIs.

Knowledge, skills & experience:



Experience in a similar position from the manufacturing industry Natural leader with proven people management experience Time-served engineer or engineering qualification
