We're looking for a
hands-on, proactive Maintenance Manager
to lead our maintenance operation, ensuring the park, attractions, and seasonal events run safely and smoothly. This is a senior role, combining leadership with practical problem-solving, and is key to delivering exceptional experiences for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the maintenance team across the site, including buildings, play areas, rides, utilities, vehicles, and grounds.
Be
hands-on
with reactive and planned maintenance, using your initiative to identify and fix issues quickly.
Take ownership of maintenance support for all
bespoke seasonal events
, working with senior leadership and owners to bring creative installations and ideas to life.
Work as part of the wider
Duty Manager team
- supporting our staff, assisting our visitors, and ensuring the park runs like clockwork.
Act as a visible leader across the park, setting the standard for safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations, maintaining accurate records of checks, repairs, and contractor work.
Coordinate and oversee external contractors as needed.
Lead by example, mentoring and supporting the team to deliver consistently high standards.
About You
Experienced in maintenance, facilities, or a trade-related role.
A self-starter who takes pride in using initiative to solve problems independently.
Able to balance independent decision-making with following guidance from senior leadership and owners.
Comfortable working as part of the Duty Manager team, stepping in to support colleagues and ensure the park delivers for our visitors.
Flexible and adaptable to a
fast-paced, seasonal environment

Physically capable and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Passionate about keeping things running smoothly and maintaining high standards.
