Maintenance Officer
Job Description
To carry out all aspects of maintenance and repair to the Home. Applicants should have a sound electrical, mechanical and building knowledge and ability.
Duties include (but not limited to): PAT testing, general maintenance jobs, regular safety checks around the building, decorating, gardening, Health and Safety, overseeing outside contractors, maintaining service schedules, record keeping and documentation.
The candidate must be trustworthy, able to work on their own initiative and must have experience in a similar role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.50 per hour
