Expected Duties

- Perform general maintenance and repairs around building.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools/power tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major repairs or replacements needed.

This job will be based in Merse House in Kirkcudbright. 30hrs per week.

Experience preferred.
