This role will be based in Unite's Belfast office in the Ireland Region

Reports to

Senior Regional Administrator

Salary

Grade 5 - 37,294 per annum full time

(Rising to 39,904 per annum full time after 12 months in post)

Permanent

Hours

34 hours per week

Working Pattern

Monday -Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4pm with flexibility to work outside normal contractual hours occasionally for operational requirements

To carry out building maintenance duties and repairs in a timely manner and to ensure that health, safety and security measures are in place for the use of visitors and employees.
