Maintenance Operative

, you would be required to display initiative and an ability to deliver to our standards with flexibility to meet changing demands in a dynamic market.

You will work on all aspects of the maintenance process involved with Adshel, Adshel Live, Station Live, Airport Live, Malls Live & Adbox and Billboards including:

Manage all the processes involved in maintenance of the Bauer Media portfolio ensuring work is completed to BMO standards Work in collaboration with Building Crew & PCOs (Posting & Cleaning Operatives) Develop effective professional relationship with business partners and all contacts Support all aspects of operations work and delivery Ensure all reporting and compliance procedures are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

:

Maintenance of Bus Shelters, Adshel Live, Adbox and Billboards to required standard Maintain the Bauer Media portfolio as per each job specification Understand the maintenance tasks including the reading of job lists and addresses Organisation - load and prepare the van to ensure a safe and efficient workday Ensure all tools and equipment are serviced, maintained and stored correctly in the van ready for daily use Complete all the required documentation on time and accurately Return stock or plant to depot safely and to correct location Ensure the van is washed and maintained, complete van checks Work within a team safely and efficiently and adhere to all Health & Safety procedures Participate in training programmes and updates as required.

Criteria:

1 years' work experience ideally in relevant role Ability to prioritise and organise work daily and effectively with Operation team members Good communication skills - contact with members of the public, utility companies and business partners; able to represent BMO effectively Clean Driving License with strong geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland IT literate.
