Full time 40 hours per week.

Working hours are 8am-4:30pm. Monday to Friday. Some on call will be needed.

Hourly Rate: 14.20 per hour.

Role: Maintenance Operative

Willowdale Residential Home is situated on the crest of a hill, in a quiet, well established village called Buckley, near Mold in Flintshire which is surrounded by the countryside. The home is registered as a 26-bed residential home, offering long term residential care, respite, day care and short-term stays caring for people on a residential basis as well as for people with milder forms of dementia.

We are currently looking for a part time Maintenance Operative to join our dedicated team.

What you will be doing:

Preventative Maintenance.

General building repair and maintenance.

Tiling, plastering, painting and decorating, basic electrical and plumbing duties.

Woodwork and carpentry, (e.g. replacing door locks; repairing fence panels).

On call included 1 week per month

What you will bring:

Relevant trade skills to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks

Reliability and flexibility to support the nature of the business.

Good communication skills.

Must hold a full, clean UK drivers License and be willing to travel

Some experience at a professional level will be required in respect of painting and decorating skills and some travel between sites may be required.

Potential candidates will be subject to a DBS check
