Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of the resort accommodation and leisure facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong general knowledge and experience of plumbing, electrical and joinery. A commitment to customer service and leadership skills will also be advantageous in this position.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the smooth operations of the resort Conduct basic plumbing, joinery, painting and electrical tasks Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all duties. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a maintenance role within a hotel, holiday park or resort. A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. If you are a proactive individual with a passion for maintenance work and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
