Role based at Herons Lake Retreat CH7 5AD, with occasional trips to visit other properties in North Wales.

Working Days: Mon-Fri & weekends on a rota basis working 1 weekend in 3

Hours: 40 per/week

Job Role

North Wales - Herons Lake Retreat (CH7 5AD) & Anglesey - Holiday lodges and Holiday Homes (including but not limited to

)

Carpentry work Installing laminate floor Installing decking Occasional gardening/landscaping depending on season. Help in laying of foundations for siting of new lodges. Basic electrical Basic Plumbing - i.e.: fixing leaks, replacing taps Painting Fixing broken items e.g., door handles Fixing/installing blinds/curtains Assembling & fixing furniture
Would be an advantage to have a prior knowledge of maintenance of Holiday Lodges / Parks

Job Requirements: Some days will be longer than 8 hour shifts but time allowed to be taken back on quieter days.

Full clean Driving Licence essential Experience in joinery is essential Reliability & punctuality will be key in this role. Organised and efficient in time management Working as part of a team or on own initiative Customer focused approach
