Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Maintenance Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of various facilities across different locations. This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of a dynamic team within a reputable facilities management company. May be required to work in Aberdeen and Inverness on occasions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Tasks:
Perform a range of maintenance and repair tasks on various facilities, including but not limited to joinery, plumbing, painting & decorating, carpet fitting.Diagnose and address maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance as required.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Driving:
Hold a full and valid UK driving license.Travel to different sites as needed for maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance and repair work. Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, and materials. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,000.00-31,500.00 per year
