The role:
To provide house maintenance support for the organisation. The role will involve working with the Manager and Directors to a structured maintenance programme to our accommodation-based services. We expect all individuals working with us to respect the organisations Values and pay attention to our vision and mission statements.
Shift Pattern
3 full days or 24 hours per week between Monday and Friday.

What you'll be doing:
To support the Maintenance requirements of Oaktree Lodge.
Manage and deliver ad-hoc tasks to deadlines on behalf of management.
Work to a weekly maintenance request set by the Managers and Director.
Communicate effectively with Managers and Directors and reporting the works completed each week.
Managing and submitting weekly task sheet.
Providing support to other colleagues by using various communication methods to a high standard.
Providing excellent customer service and support to external and internal customers.
Reporting any defects or concerns to the Manager.
Managing maintenance queries and ensuring compliance
As a precondition of this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. Please note we are unable to provide sponsorship, therefore you must have a valid right to work permit upon applying.

Previous Maintenance experience.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Must have the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure using a high level of discretion.
Excellent working knowledge of a variety of trades and maintenance
Good organisational skills
Must be able to work independently in a multi-tasking environment impacted by changing priorities.
Full clean UK Driving Licence and access to a car would be preferred.
Ideally an enhanced adult workforce DBS on the update service.
Due to the location of our home and our shift patterns, you should be able to reasonably commute to Clevedon
