About the Role:

Full time, Permanent , Five days a week

As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to ensure both holiday parks remain safe, clean, and well-maintained for our owners and guests. This role is physically demanding and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and general upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out general maintenance and repair work across both holiday parks. Ensuring all communal areas and facilities are well maintained and in good working order. Performing routine checks and minor repairs on park equipment and infrastructure. Responding to maintenance issues as they arise. Assisting with ground keeping duties, including tidying communal areas and general site upkeep, such as mowing and strimming the lawns Handling a variety of manual tasks, which may change daily depending on the park's needs. Moving and siting of caravans between both parks End of season drain offs

Requirements:

Self-motivated person with a positive attitude to work Excellent customer service skills Prepared to work hard and are physically fit Up for a challenge and have an interest in the holiday park environment Flexible with working hours working on a rotation across a 7-day week, including bank holidays.
