Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our residential care & nursing home group. We have 5 residential care/nursing homes in East & West Sussex.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare/care home facility although this is not essential.
You will need to have experience in:
Decorating Plumbing - fixing leaks and other basic plumbing items Electrics - changing light fittings, sockets and other basic electrical items Maintenance checks
This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform routine repairs and maintenance. Attend during emergencies. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
