Overview


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man/ woman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, enabling them to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, The Handy Man/ woman will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our resident's.

Duties



Perform general maintenance, re-decoration and repairs in the home. Troubleshoot issues effectively. Covering of the homes mandatory requirements (i.e. water test, fire alarm test etc.) Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all tasks. Liaising with and organising contractors for repairs and servicing when required. Experience is essential. Occasional on call for emergencies.

Requirements



Proven experience in maintenance or maintenance role with a strong understanding of maintenance and general repairs. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to work independently. A valid clean driver's licence.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00 per hour
