Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team at Fairpark Care Limited to support the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of our two care homes in Wrexham. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, contributing to the overall well-being of our residents. Your expertise will play a vital role in supporting our mission of delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed. Collaborate with external contractors for specialised repairs or installations.

Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Customer service orientation to effectively interact across both sites.
