Maintenance Planning Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Planning Administrator to join the Engineering department supporting the Engineering & Compliance Coordinator to ensure an effective administration of our CMMS system.

Duties:



Provide administrative support including document management, reporting and data entry Support in the development and maintenance of detailed maintenance schedules for site equipment and systems, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities Working with the Maintenance & Compliance Planner to, review, and manage work orders in the CMMS system, ensuring all necessary details and documentation are included Track the progress of work orders from creation to completion, ensuring timely and accurate updates in the CMMS Ensure all completed work orders are properly closed out and documented, including but not limited to parts used, labour hours, work performed, failure codes Work with the Maintenance & Compliance Planner to ensure the company is meeting its legal obligations in line with equipment maintenance and maintaining service records. Contractor inductions as and when necessary Effective use of the CMMS system by ensuring the system is up to date on a daily basis. Ensure all maintenance registers/spreadsheets are accurate and up to date Support with monthly reporting and KPI's Take minutes/actions from daily meetings and distribute Foster a collaborative and proactive approach to maintenance planning and problem-solving Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in maintenance planning and scheduling

The Person:



Previous experience in maintenance planning, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency in using CMMS software Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. A Level 2 or above qualification in an engineering field, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable. General knowledge of health and safety standards Accurate record keeping skills. Able to understand data control. Able to extract data and report/graph.
