Summary
Due to continual expansion within our Building Services division, we are currently seeking a full-time experienced Plumber / Maintenance Operative to join our team. You will be based from Dunmurry but travel throughout NI.
Responsibilities
This role will require you to carry out all aspects of plumbing work, including general repairs and maintenance requests throughout NI. Complete documentation and test certificates. Carry out work to high-quality standards. Communicate effectively with householders and clients. You may also be required to carry out other general maintenance duties.
Successful candidates will need to have:
A minimum of 1 year's previous experience essential Valid CSR Card NVQ level 2 or equivalent trade qualification Gas Safe registered Full UK Driving Licence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
