Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

Salary: Up to \xc2\xa339,000 + O/T
Hours: Flexible working
Holidays: 25 + 8 Bank Holidays
You will be working for one of the largest Facilities Maintenance Companies in the World. They are a well-known global company who specialise in the Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Government, Healthcare and Educational sectors.
They are looking to recruit a Mechanical Plumber based at a prestigious site in Chester.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems.
- Carry out Legionella compliance
- TMV & Closed water system maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, ensuring timely resolutions
- overseeing subcontractors.
- NVQ Level 3 Plumbing
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Plumber.
- Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings..
- Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems is a plus
