. We're looking for someone with a strong background in student accommodation and commercial pipework.Requirements:
In-date JIB Card
(Essential) Proven experience inmaintenance plumbing
Knowledge ofstudent accommodation & commercial pipework
Able to pass aDBS Check
Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-siteDuties
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks. Assemble and install plumbing components according to specifications. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Perform heavy lifting as required for the installation of large fixtures or equipment. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on site.
