The Role
We're looking for an experienced maintenance plumber to join our expanding team and contribute to the high level of quality, professionalism and forward?thinking approach we're known for.
This is a diverse role involving work across building services within facilities management and the renewable heating systems. You'll be involved in everything from day?to?day plumbing maintenance and small repairs to larger system improvements, ensuring all work is compliant, well?planned and smoothly handed over into ongoing operations.
48 hours per week (plus overtime)
Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering plumbing maintenance, repairs and installation work to the company's consistently high standards.
Applying strong technical knowledge to identify faults, diagnose issues and resolve problems on site.
Supporting the growth and learning of Ri Cruden apprentices by sharing practical skills and industry experience
Additional Duties:
1-in-6 on-call rota following successful probation
About You
In order to be successful within this role, the following experience is expected:
Essential experience:
SVQ Level 3 Plumbing or equivalent
Experience in maintenance
Current CSCS Card
Driving License
Desirable:
GasSafe Registration
Experience in Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Projects
IPAF
