Sutton (covering council-managed flats and houses)Rate:

6 months (potential extension)About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced
Plumber / Maintenance Engineer
to carry out a range of maintenance and repair works acrossSutton Council
properties, including flats and houses.The role involves:
General plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance Fault finding and reactive maintenance Minor heating and gas maintenance works (if qualified) Supporting general building maintenance as needed Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
(or equivalent trade qualification)Gas Safe registered
Proven experience in domestic maintenance and repair work Full UKdriving licence
Good communication and record-keeping skills Ability to work independently and manage workload efficientlyWhat's on Offer:
250 per day
6-month contract
(potential for extension)Company van provided
, or use your own vehicle and receive35 per day plus fuel
Regular, reliable work within a supportive maintenance teamJob Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 240.00-280.00 per day
Experience:
Plumbing: 5 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
