As a result of this, an opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Service Planner to join our Rotary Line Maintenance Planning team in Staverton.

The Maintenance Services Planner will assist in the delivery of the full life cycle planning process for line maintenance inputs to achieve on time, quality and budget. To ensure customer satisfaction and business needs are met, the role will require working in partnership with wider internal teams including customer service, engineering, and CAMO to prioritise work streams and recovery actions. Responsibilities:


Implementation of recovery plans for AOGs across the rotary fleet, including liaison with Operators CAMO. Generation of fleet maintenance plan in line with Maintenance Status Report requirements. Manpower planning to ensure allocation of sufficient resource to facilitate scheduled inputs. Part preload for all scheduled line inputs. Work in support of shift line maintenance planning team, applying flexibility to cover holiday periods ensuring that operational availability is not impacted. Corridor work order generation and closure process for rotary fleet. Ensuring all Corridor work orders are closed weekly to maintain compliance and billed efficiently. Control of completed work order and Certification documents post maintenance inputs; ensuring that these are closed accurately and delivered to the operator with a digital copy saved. Collating all technical information in relation to ongoing OEM queries to expedite recovery of complex AOG situations. Generation and management of base maintenance slot plan based on utilisation rates across our rotary line stations. Engagement with base maintenance manager and account managers to effectively utilise Gama relief fleet. Monitoring of long-term component planning through engagement with CAMO and procurement teams. Participate in the quality audit programme and ensuring audit closure actions are developed and implemented. Reporting of all SMS/Quality issues. Perform other sections duties related to their position as directed by the line manager. Support the Quality & Safety team regarding their duties to ensure all processes and department tasks are fulfilled.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:



Experience in Aircraft Maintenance, specifically on the rotary side At least 2 years' experience of production planning in an engineering environment Ability to communicate effectively across all technical disciplines Initiative to work independently whilst still being part of a team It is desirable that you have experience in using a MRO planning software such as Corridor, TRAX or AMOS
