Electrical Services
The electrical team are a dedicated team responsible for delivering a high quality professional and complaint service to our clients. Ensuring all electrical works are carried out in line with our own and governing bodies policies & procedures
You will be part of a dynamic and friendly team; you will be responsible for scheduling all the electrical engineer's work. You will ensure that all tasks are allocated to engineers so that SLA's are met and kept to, updating the engineers schedule sheet. Dealing with incoming calls and emails quickly and efficiently to ensure the highest quality standards are kept and any other admin duties required. A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks

Key Responsibilities
oLiaise with engineers in relation to schedules
oScheduling & Booking works for Electrical engineers
oAttend daily conference calls with electrical team
oEnsuring all client instructions are logged
oDealing with incoming calls and emails
oAllocation of jobs to engineers and sub-contractors
oRecording all communication and arrangements on our in house system
oChasing for updates and paperwork
oCommunication with colleagues/team - keeping them informed of client changes/requirements
oDeliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly, remaining courteous and professional at all times
oEscalate any issues
oCreating quotes & updating quote tracker
oChecking Jobs are complete and all paperwork received
oChase for NIC/EIC certification and ensure certs are attached to jobs
oCompletion of RAMS
oCreation of reports & Certificates
oMonitor paperwork for quality
