Key Responsibilities

Carrying out inspections of the hotel to identify and resolve issues. Maintain Air conditioning plant General refrigeration PPM Boiler plant checks and monitoring Adherence to the hotel PPM schedule Carry out electrical installations Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary. Full working knowledge of computer systems BMS/Opera/training will be provided Perform administrative tasks as required Coach, train & develop our team members Coordinate work performed by outside contractors
