About the Role:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll manage a multi-skilled trades team, ensuring exceptional service standards that exceed our customers' expectations. Your responsibilities include:
Leading recruitment, training, and performance management aligned with Qualis policies.
Ensuring maintenance activities meet safety standards, quality benchmarks, and budget constraints.
Driving efficiency through effective scheduling, productivity monitoring, and continual improvement of first-time fix rates.
Conducting property inspections, preparing detailed reports, and managing contractor relations effectively.
Championing our health, safety, and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing maintenance or trades teams.
Strong understanding of property maintenance, repairs, and improvement processes.
Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Proficiency in IT systems for accurate performance monitoring and reporting.
A valid driving licence and access to your vehicle for site visits.

The salary: The ideal candidate will join us on a full-time basis in return for a salary between 37,000 -41,000 per annum. Exact salary will reflect your experience and skill set.
