We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance professional to join the team. As Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. Responsibilities.
Perform routine daily inspections of the building, its surrounds & all systems, identifying required maintenance, preventative maintenance preferred. Organise repairs and maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, building work, troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions. Respond early morning to maintenance urgencies however, routine jobs taking go ahead instructions from a director, who must also be made aware of serious urgent occurrence's.
Supervise and coordinate external contractors doing repair installation projects
All Financial matters including staff, controlled daily with paperwork passed to management completed weekly on Fridays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

-Plan, instruct & check, daily & week-end work jobs for shift workers .

Hours. 5 days Mon - Fri 6-30am - 4 pm. When necessary 4 full days plus 2 half days ?PLUS Annual Loyalty Bonus. Terms Negotiable for the right person.

Skills Required
Good knowledge & Proficiency in various maintenance tasks, basics, electrics, plumbing, carpentry & building works, a good general knowledge with strong problem-solving skills, identify issues and finding effective solutions, overseeing external contractors where required, always try to return to new condition.
