We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to lead the maintenance team at Lochside House Hotel, Lodges & Spa. This is a full-time, hands-on role working 5 days over 7, including some weekend work.

In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all hotel facilities, from our luxurious rooms, to our lodges, and our relaxing spa. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly contribute to the exceptional guest experience we pride ourselves on.

What You'll Do:



Oversee all aspects of maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and property upkeep. Manage and mentor a skilled maintenance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct hot tub pool plant testing to maintain optimal water quality and safety standards. Ensure all facilities meet the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Occasionally travel to other RAD Hotel Group venues, including the Royal Hotel, Brig o Doon House Hotel, and Fairfield House Hotel, to provide cover and support.

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience as senior maintenance personnel. Strong technical knowledge across a range of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). Essential experience with hot tub pool plant testing. Excellent leadership and communication skills. A proactive and problem-solving approach to maintenance challenges. A valid UK Driving Licence is

essential

due to the requirement for travel between venues. A commitment to delivering exceptional standards and guest satisfaction.
