Overall job purpose
To operationally manage the day to day running of the Responsive Repairs and Maintenance Service. The post holder will line manage a significant in-house maintenance team with responsibility for delivering a high quality, cost effective service in day to day repairs, void management and minor adaptations for the elderly and disabled.
