What you'll be doing


Operating and maintaining all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment and systems under a rigorous change management system to maintain 100% uptime availability. Monitoring and troubleshooting all site/plant equipment support systems to include logging and responding to incidents/events, problems, changes, monitoring, problem escalation/notification/ resolution and all other aspects of site support (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, generators, fire alarms and suppression etc). Utilising maximum capabilities of all operational systems including BMS, PMS, CMS Managing a team and any sub-contracted resources, as necessary, to deliver a safe and quality service to the Business. * Management and coordination of all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule activity.
