Maintenance Team Member - Kelling Heath Holiday Park (and Woodhill Park)

Salary: 26,585 per annum

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Contract of Employment

Hours: 37.5 hours, 5 days per week including weekends and bank holidays. Duties and hours may vary dependent upon the time of year.

Predominantly based at Kelling Heath, on occasion you may be required to work at our site at Woodhill Park, East Runton.

You'll be able to lend a hand with a wide variety of jobs, from decorating, carpentry and plant maintenance to ensure we maintain and improve our central facilities, hire fleet and owners' holiday homes and lodges to an exceptional standard. Your hands on, 'can do' approach and passion for delivering an excellent standard will create a first-class impression with our guests and owners. You'll be cool headed and calm in a crisis, practically minded to be on call if an emergency arises.

What you'll do...

Carpentry tasks - painting & decorating - minor plumbing repairs and installations - play park maintenance - caravan siting - completing statutory checks on site, such as the Fire Alarm and Emergency Light testing.

You will ensure all completed maintenance jobs are recorded on our company system with effective management of time taken, parts used and overall costs.
Ensure that all jobs allocated are completed efficiently and always to a high standard.

This is not an exhaustive list, as we are a small team you may be asked to assist with other responsibilities across the Park.

What you'll bring...

Experience:

Experience of or an ability to complete a variety of holiday park maintenance jobs to a high standard. Experience of safe systems of works, example risk assessments and method statements. Experience of dealing with customers/guests.

Skills:

High levels of attention to detail Desirable C&G Level 3 & NVQ Level 3, Trade qualification plumbing, Electrical, carpentry, Joinery, or other relevant trade Full, clean Driving Licence
