Key Responsibilities
Carry out
preventative, reactive, and planned maintenance
tasks across all SimpsInns properties.
Work across multiple trades, including
joinery, electrical, plumbing, painting, and decorating
.
Maintain the general presentation and safety of our venues, both externally and internally.
Manage and upkeep maintenance equipment and ensure proper use of tools.
Respond promptly to issues reported through our
Logit digital system
.
Liaise with external contractors when necessary and ensure works meet our quality standards.
Uphold
health and safety regulations
across all work areas.
Ensure a high level of
guest and owner satisfaction
through timely and professional service.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a similar role within the
hospitality, leisure, or accommodation sector
.
Solid working knowledge of
joinery, plumbing, basic electrical
, and
painting/decorating
.
Self-motivated with strong
problem-solving abilities
and a proactive approach to maintenance.
Ability to
work independently
and as part of a team in a
pressured and changing environment
.
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills.
Full, clean
UK driving licence
(essential).
A reliable, punctual professional who takes pride in delivering work to a high standard.
