Key Responsibilities:



Maintenance of House Grounds and Lodges:

Regular upkeep of the grounds, gardens, and exterior areas, ensuring that all parts of the estate are pristine and well-maintained.

Painting and Decoration:

Undertake painting, staining, and other finishing tasks to ensure the property maintains its elegance and charm.

Building Work:

Assist with basic building and carpentry tasks, including repairs, installations, and other structural maintenance.

Assisting the Estate Maintenance Manager:

Support the Estate Maintenance Manager with ongoing projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

General Estate Maintenance:

Carry out any other general maintenance duties required to ensure the smooth operation of the estate, including machinery upkeep, landscaping, and general repairs.

Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in a skilled trade background, such as carpentry, plumbing, or general maintenance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in painting, decorating, and light building work. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in maintenance work. Flexibility to work occasional weekends when required.
