Coastal Inns Handyman

We are seeking a reliable and skilled handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a broad range of repair and maintenance abilities, ensuring our facilities, equipment, and venues remain in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

General repairs: Performing minor plumbing, carpentry & painting tasks. Preventive maintenance: Maintain equipment, fixtures & property to avoid costly breakdowns. Installation support: Assist with assembling furniture, installing appliances & setting up fixtures. Emergency response: Address urgent repair needs promptly and effectively. Communication: Communicate clearly with senior management, providing updates and recommendations. Safety compliance: Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment. Travel: Required to travel to venues in Cowes, Gurnard & East Cowes

Qualifications

Experience: Proven background in general maintenance or handyman services. Skills: Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting. Tools proficiency: Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Problem-solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail. Physical ability: Capable of lifting, bending, and performing manual tasks.
