About The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Technician to join to our company.

As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for the maintenance of everything within the site. This includes building maintenance, building services and machine maintenance of both electrical and mechanical means. You will also be involved with machine refurbishments within a planned maintenance schedule, alongside the build and design of machines.

Responsibilities include:

Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimise down time. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and inventory reports. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate repairs or improvements. Work closely with production teams to improve machine reliability and performance. Assist in installation, assembly, or disassembly of new and old machinery. Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines. Troubleshooting, including electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Replacing & repairing items as necessary. Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper operation and safety compliance. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures. May require occasional call outs on evenings/weekends.

About You:

2+ years of experience in maintenance repair both electrical and mechanical means. Hard-working, self-motivated, with a positive 'can do' attitude. Able to manage your own time, plan your own workload and meet set targets and prioritise effectively. Passionate about delivering excellence consistently. Honest, reliable and accountable. Have a strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems. Motivated to learn new skills and keep abreast of industry changes. Flexible, adaptable and open to embracing change. Health & Safety conscious with proven experience in performing risk assessments. Experience within a manufacturing environment is desirable
