multi-skilled Maintenance Operative

who shares our high standards and can help us continue to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across client sites Carry out general building fabric repairs (carpentry, plastering, painting, etc.) Undertake minor plumbing and electrical works Support with installations and general FM requirements Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to exceptional standards Represent Grey-Water FM with professionalism and excellent customer service

Requirements:

Proven experience in a general maintenance, multi-trade, or building services role Competence in at least two of the following: plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, electrical basics Ability to problem-solve and deliver consistently high-quality work independently Full UK driving licence (essential) A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering outstanding results
