Megaclose Ltd provides student accommodation across Nottingham, all within a half-mile of Nottingham Trent University. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with strong plumbing skills to join our in-house team based at 120 North Sherwood Street.
Key Responsibilities
Take the lead on plumbing diagnostics, repairs and installations, including leaks, blockages, hot water/heating problems, pipework, and general bathroom/kitchen plumbing fixtures.
Support with general maintenance when required.
Respond to maintenance requests professionally and efficiently.
Maintain clear records of completed work.
Requirements
Proven plumbing experience.
Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing faults independently.
Basic general maintenance skills beneficial.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Full UK manual driving licence (max 3 points).
