We're expanding quickly and are now looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our innovative team as our newest #bloqstar. In this role, you'll be essential in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our smart locker hardware, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Perform on-site mechanical repairs and troubleshooting to ensure the proper functioning of smart lockers Conduct functional tests and repair low-voltage components Verify and inspect the quality of electrical installations Handle software fault reports remotely and coordinate with the technical team Manage replacement parts and electronic testing using technical documentation Document interventions, report results, and recommend improvements Support deployment tasks, including loading, installing, and testing lockers, as well as organizing warehouse inventory

What are the requirements

Good level of English Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills Excellent customer service skills, patience, and professionalism Comfort working with both hardware and software Proven ability to multitask and prioritize projects

Extra valued skills

Technical vocational training or equivalent experience Electrical certifications Familiarity with startup culture
