Apardion are looking for a maintenance technician required for skilled an semi-skilled duties

This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance related tasks, including but not limited to:

Replacing doors, handles, and locks as required. Installing and replacing lightbulbs and fixtures. Painting, silicone sealing in kitchen toilets Carrying out general repairs and addressing minor issues promptly. Develop and adhere to established maintenance procedures and guidelines. Maintain accurate records of work performed and promptly report any issue to management. Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, internal and external etc.) Undertake light installation or carpenting (e.g. build cabinets/units) Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow)
This role involves working for a facilities management company working on a sites carrying out a number of different duties in the Aberdeen area

Building maintenance consists of weekly facilities checks, basic decorating touching up walls etc, furniture building and moving and assisting with more complex jobs.

You may be required to assist in bigger projects working under the facilities manager and other staff.

Applicants must have full U.K. driving licence and speak and write English well.

Applicants also must be able to operate work based apps on a smart phone or similar device

Part time hours required, roughly 24 - 30 hours per week.
