Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and practical Maintenance Person to help with various maintenance tasks across our stores and sites, including forecourts, laundromats, and more. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys hands-on work and is proactive in keeping our facilities running smoothly.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities. Assist with building work and minor repairs around the sites, including fixing machinery. Inspect and identify maintenance needs, taking preventative measures where needed. Provide support with electrical tasks and simple troubleshooting. Help with basic welding and metal work if needed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff to ensure the smooth running of operations. Keep records of completed work and any repairs made.

Requirements:

Practical maintenance experience or a good understanding of basic repair work. Basic electrical skills, including troubleshooting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to fixing issues. Basic welding skills are a plus, but not essential. Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
