We are currently seeking a

reliable and experienced Maintenance Worker

who holds a

full UK driving licence

. The ideal candidate will be

hands-on, flexible, and capable of performing a wide range of property maintenance tasks

while also supporting our team with driving duties across our various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out routine maintenance and repairs in residential properties (flats and houses). Respond to urgent maintenance requests as needed. Perform tasks such as plumbing repairs, painting, minor electrical fixes, and general handyman duties. Drive to and between properties across West London (e.g., Southall, Hounslow, Hayes, etc.) to complete tasks or transport materials. Conduct property checks and ensure health and safety standards are met. Assist with setting up and preparing new accommodations for service users.

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Experience in general property maintenance or handyman work

Good knowledge of basic plumbing, painting, minor electrical work, and general repairs Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Flexibility to respond to occasional out-of-hours tasks or urgent issues Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to quality workmanship Strong communication and problem-solving skills
