Overview

Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd (PAML) is one of six heavy aircraft maintenance providers for our client Ryanair, carrying out maintenance on Ryanair's entire fleet of New Generation Boeing 737-800 series aircraft, at our Hangar facility located at Prestwick International Airport, (PIK) Ayrshire, Scotland.

As we continue with our growth plan we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team

Responsibilities

Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors Emptying waste bins, servicing restrooms, and wiping down communal surfaces Tackle heavy cleaning jobs upon request Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris Notify supervisor / manager of any repairs required Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately

Qualifications

Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning. Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team. Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. Successful candidate is required to obtain a clean Disclosure Scotland to work at UK airports. All applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
