Job Description

Hereford Property Services are looking for a maintenance/multi trade contractor to join our team on a Self Employed basis.

At Hereford Property Services we mainly undertake corrective void maintenance and landlord maintenance contracts, clearances and pest control. Our jobs roles range everything from painting and decorating to general building, clearing properties and pest control (wasp/rats).

We currently work within Herefordshire limits but some travelling/staying away may be required at times. We work 5 days a week, 8-10 hour days, plus weekends on occasions. However, weekend work is not mandatory.

HPS is looking for a skilled multi contractor to work closely with myself on delivering all works to an agreed standard. Work roles will include basic painting and decorating, general carpentry, clearing properties, insulation removal and installation, carpets/vinyl etc.

One month probation will lead on to permanent work for the right candidate.

Some bonuses we are looking for in a candidate -

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 100.00-150.00 per day
