What will you be doing?

Our Maitre D' will be the face of 18, our rooftop restaurant over looking the iconic Old Course, ensuring that our guests feels welcomed, valued, and delighted from the moment they step through our doors. You will lead by example, upholding our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

Hospitality at Our Core:

Lead by example, ensuring every guest receives a warm and personalised experience that reflects our commitment to exceptional service.

Do the Right Thing:

Handle all guest interactions with integrity and professionalism, addressing any concerns with empathy and efficiency.

Pursue Excellence:

Maintain the highest standards in service, ambiance, and guest satisfaction. Continuously seek ways to enhance the dining experience.

Entrepreneurial Spirit:

Take ownership of the dining room, innovating and implementing new ideas to improve service and efficiency. Encourage and support team members in their growth and development.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Maitre D' or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A deep passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations with grace and professionalism. Entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to innovate and improve.
