We are currently seeking an experienced project or programme manager who can oversee Capital Investment works, including to our High-Rise Residential Blocks. The role will require good communication and project management skills, as our aim is to collate all works required in the HRB's into a single Gateway 2 application to the Building Safety Regulator. This will involve coordinating with the FRA Remediation team, the Warmer Homes team and the Mechanical and Electrical services teams to ensure all works are identified prior to commencement of the procurement and Gateway 2 application process.
Our commission support from professional services companies to provide the role of PD BR and Contract Administrator, so this role will involve oversight of these external firms to ensure that work is progressed in a timely and efficient manner. We also have one project involving concrete repairs and specialist structural engineering work, so it is important to have a good understanding of the specialist contractor market and have the ability to work closely with the structural engineers to ensure works are carried out to the necessary standards of quality and, where appropriate, relevant statutory consents are obtained.
