Experienced SEND Teacher - Full-Time

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated male SEND Teacher to join a forward-thinking school in the Ebbw Vale and Merthyr area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities.

The successful candidate will lead inclusive learning, develop personalised learning plans, and work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to support every pupil's academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching for pupils with a range of SEND Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual needs Monitor pupil progress and maintain detailed records Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies Promote positive behaviour, independence, and confidence in pupils

Requirements:

Qualified teacher with experience in SEND education Strong understanding of differentiated learning and inclusive teaching strategies Excellent communication and leadership skills Passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential Male candidates are particularly encouraged to apply to support school diversity initiatives
