SEND Teachers

to join our award-winning team. You'll lead learning in one of our small specialist classes, teaching children with complex needs including autism, communication differences, and sensory processing challenges.

This is more than a teaching role -- it's a chance to make a lasting difference in a setting where care, creativity, and curiosity are celebrated.

You will:

Design and deliver personalised learning journeysaligned with EHCP outcomes and each pupil's unique strengths. Work closely with our talented teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral team to provide holistic support. Build trusting relationshipswith families and celebrate every milestone, no matter how small. Model inclusive, trauma-informed practice and contribute to the whole-school vision for inclusion. Play a key part in shaping the next phase of Danecourt's exciting growth

QTS and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEND. Creativity and flexibility in planning meaningful, multisensory learning experiences.
